How it all works

1) After receiving your booking we will contact you shortly before your departure date and arrange a “Meet and Greet” time and date to come and meet your cat, pick up the keys and discuss feeding habits, location of food and any other requirements.

2) During this visit we will complete a short agreement detailing all your cats needs such as feeding times and habits, likes and dislikes, times and dates when we will be visiting your cats and of course any emergency contact details if anything should go wrong, which is unlikely so don’t worry!

3) Each visit will of course depend on your cat, from the independent who will only require food in their bowl to other who will want their cuddle and strokes. On average each visit takes half an hour, but we will ensure that your cat is at ease when we leave:

I purr therefore I am happy

I sleep therefore I am Happy

I meow therefore I am fed

4) We are quite happy to fit in with any change of plan, a sudden need to return home or of course an extra few days away.

5. As a bonus your house will be looked after, we will bring in the mail, rotate lights, put on a radio, and water house plants in your absence

6. And finally, keeping your cat safe, secure and stress free in the comfort of their own home reduces the risk of your cat being exposed to any potential contagious diseases or parasites which could be picked up in boarding facilities.
